We dispatch all online orders from our warehouse, unless otherwise stated, within 48 hours of receiving payment confirmation.

Payment notices:

Credit card Payments and PayToday Payments - We receive payment confirmation automatically as soon as it has been processed.

Bank transfer (EFT) Payments – Even with the receipt of your “proof of payment” to our email, we will have to wait until money reflects in our bank account. Please note: It is possible that an EFT payment might delay your purchase being dispatched from 48 hours to 72 hours.

Please note that orders received on a Friday might only be able to be dispatched the following Monday. 

Orders will be delivered to most addresses within Namibia via our preferred courier service, Coastal Couriers, Formula Couriers or Hardap Couriers. Alternatively, you can collect your order from our business premises in Swakopmund free of charge. 

Courier delivery can take up to 5 working days depending on the orders’ destination in Namibia.
