The following Terms & Conditions have been set out to govern your use of the NamOnline website. The NamOnline website is located at the domain names www.nam-online.com or www.namonline.shop. By accessing and using the website, you agree and accept the following Terms & Conditions set out underneath this heading. Thus you should please carefully read through the following Terms & Conditions points before using the website and doing any purchases on the website.

Sale and Purchase Agreement
An agreement of sale between NamOnline and the customer only becomes a valid purchase once payment has been made and the purchase amount reflects on NamOnline’s bank account. All goods remain the property of NamOnline until a fully processed order with a successful payment reflects on our bank account.
Payment for purchases made on NamOnline can be done with Visa and MasterCard credit cards or by Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) into the NamOnline’s bank account. The payment options will be provided during the checkout process. Credit Card transactions will be acquired for NamOnline through VCS (Virtual Card Services) who uses the strictest forms of security. Our customer’s personal details will be stored by NamOnline separately from the credit card details which are entered by the customer on the VCS secure payment terminal. The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment through credit card is Namibia. The transaction currency is Namibian Dollar (NAD).
Responsible Disclosure Policy
NamOnline takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction that results in the purchase of a product or products on the NamOnline website. The transaction aspects include purchase of products sold on the website, customer service and after sale support, dispute resolution and delivery of products.
Purchase Processing and Delivery Policy
A purchase on NamOnline will be processed within 48 hours subjected that the product’s availability and that payment has been received. All orders are dispatched via Coastal Couriers to the delivery address. Please note that Coastal Couriers different departure time from different locations and that they may use a third party company to deliver to certain areas. A delivery being delayed is not grounds for return or refund. NamOnline does not take any responsibility for the time frame it takes from dispatch to delivery. We will however make sure that the parcel gets delivered. You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed and accepted the delivery.
Return and Refund Policy
The provision of goods, products and services by NamOnline is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, NamOnline will contact the client with options.
A customer may cancel an order if payment has not been made yet for the order. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by NamOnline.
NamOnline reserves the right to cancel an order by a customer for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient, unavailable or the product ordered does not meet our standards. Should NamOnline exercise this right, the customer will receive a full refund. Please note that anything could happen to the products purchased once they are picked to be packed for dispatch.
If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform NamOnline within 24 hours of receiving it. We will then assess the result and report back on the options to solve the problem.
If you are not completely happy with a product that you have received with your order, you can contact us within 3 days of receipt with your reason of dissatisfaction. If the product is in its original sealed state we will issue a return waybill. Shipping costs for the return of a product will be for your account. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and if it is in its original sealed state, we will refund you the value of the product. If you have opened and/or used the product and are not satisfied, we will pass your feedback onto the supplier of the product. The supplier’s decision is then up to their own discretion and NamOnline itself will not be held responsible for issuing a refund. It is important to note that pictures of the products displayed on the NamOnline websites may differ from the actual appearance of the product in reality. A deviation between the actual appearance and picture of the product on the website is not a valid reason for return or refund.
If you receive the wrong product you must contact NamOnline within 24 hours. We will check our system to see whether a miss pick has occurred. If the wrong product sent was as a result of our miss pick, we will arrange for correction by sending you the actual correct product ordered and will organize for pick-up and returning of the wrong one.
NamOnline is committed to respect your privacy. This means that any and all of the personal information collected on this online shopping site will be kept strictly confidential. Any information you provide to NamOnline will be held with the utmost care and will only be used to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. NamOnline website and all content on the website, including any current or future offer of products and services are provided on an ongoing and as is basis and may include inaccuracies or typographical errors due to possible human and technical errors. NamOnline accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of information provided on the website. Neither do we accept responsibility for any adverse reactions that any of our products may cause. We however strive that all information on this website is accurate and up to date as best possible and that all products promoted cause no harm to our customers. It must clearly understood that neither NamOnline nor any holding company, affiliate or subsidiary of NamOnline, shall be held responsible for any direct or indirect special, consequential or other damage of any kind whatsoever suffered or incurred, related to the use of, or the inability to access or use the Content or the Website or any functionality thereof.
The NamOnline website may only be used by customers to browse the content and products and to make legitimate purchases.
Products & Availability
It is important to understand that the stock of all products on offer is limited. NamOnline will do its utmost best to ensure that all offers are brought to an end when stock runs out. If it happens that we are unable to fulfill any order at the advertised price because stock was sold out, we will inform you via email and you will be entitled to a reimbursement for the Namibian Dollar value you have paid for the product.
Updating and Changes to the Terms & Conditions
NamOnline reserves the rights to change, modify, add or remove any part or the whole of these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. It is the customer’s obligation to check these Terms and Conditions at the website for any changes and updates.
